Pharmacy Weight Loss Milngavie is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy weight loss clinic operating in Milngavie, UK. We provide clinically supervised weight management services, including the supply of prescription and non-prescription weight loss medicines where clinically appropriate.

All prescription medicines are issued only following a clinical assessment completed through our online consultation form. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our prescribing clinician and our pharmacist. Completion of a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
We do not accept prescriptions from third-party prescribers for dispensing through this service unless expressly agreed in advance. All treatments supplied are for personal use only and must not be resold or transferred.
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store full card details on our systems. If a payment is declined or found to be fraudulent, your order will be cancelled and we reserve the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is to UK addresses only. You will receive a confirmation notification when your order has been dispatched.
Whilst we endeavour to meet delivery timeframes, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and the order dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and a refund cannot be guaranteed.
In accordance with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, prescription medicines cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, except where we have made an error or the product is faulty. Non-prescription items may be returned in their original, unopened condition within 14 days for a full refund.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
